The restaurant is located in Bouillon, in the same building as the hotel.
It offers an à la carte menu and a 3-, 4-, or 5-course set menu. It is not mandatory for the whole table to choose the set menu.
The menu is carefully crafted by chef Sébastien Charlier.
Wine and beer pairings are available with your meal.
For guests with specific dietary requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can offer an alternative.
The menu and à la carte options are available every day (except on closing days).
Closing days (outside holiday periods): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. We welcome you from Thursday onwards.

You have the choice of menu or à la carte for each service.
